Hey guys! I'm just your normal girl from Utah, obtained my associates degree from Utah Valley University, and my bachelors in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University Hawaii. I have worked in the medical field for 3.5 years, as a Medical Assistant, Psychiatric Technician, and as a PT / OT Aide! 

I love reading (team Edward), Binging Netflix (team Damon), and sleeping (team Inception). On a much more active note, snorkeling is my top most priority at any beach, and currently getting scuba certified! I love meditating, zumba, and hot yoga (when it includes a cold dessert afterwards). I love traveling to new places, including Barcelona, Los Mochis, Banff, and Laie. 

Starting a podcast has always been a far off dream, I am overjoyed to see it become a reality!
